Living Well with Chronic Pain

When you’re in pain, it can be hard to focus on anything else. Stop letting pain pause your life! This six-week program explores how healthy eating, gentle-movement exercises and balancing activity and rest can help improve your quality of life. This class is open to adults who have chronic pain and their caregivers. The group participates by Zoom and class materials are sent to your home.
