Guided Labyrinth Walk
with Barbara Moss, DO
Join Dr. Barbara Moss for a weekly labyrinth walk to help calm and clarify your thoughts.

Pre-registration is encouraged although drop-in participation is welcome at any session. We will only walk in good weather.

We’ll combine everyone’s activity to show our progress "along the trail", with updates shared each week by email and social media. Everyone who submits four weeks of activity will earn a T-shirt!
