Colby Walking Program
with Colby Volunteers
Are you age 55 or older? Join the Colby Walking Program at the Harold Alfond Athletics and Recreation Center on the Colby College campus. Community members may walk the indoor track during the winter months for easier and safer exercise. Please see the designated days and hours below. Pre-registration is not needed. On your first visit, please see a program volunteer to complete the necessary paperwork. Minors and pets are not allowed. Soft-soled shoes are required, no outside shoes, please! Walking program is closed during Colby breaks: November 24 - 28, December 23 - January 1, March 23 - March 27

What music moves you? Music is often called a universal language, connecting people from all walks of life. In this class, you will create a personal playlist, curating the soundtrack of your life by sharing songs representing different life stages. You will also envision what cover art you would choose for your personal “album” cover. No music or visual art experience required!
