As we age, growing and maintaining muscle becomes harder and even more important for movement. This class helps improve strength, mobility and stability using simple equipment and your body weight.

Exercises are performed seated or standing, depending on your preference. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and fitness level. No experience needed.

  • Series: Apr 13 - Jun 8th, 2026
    Mon and Wed for 8 weeks from 2:00 - 3:00 pm
    Payment plan available: $50 deposit plus 1 payment of $78.00, paid every two weeks.
