Summer Step Challenge: The Appalachian Trail
Join our virtual Summer Step Challenge to collectively walk the distance of the Appalachian Trail — all 2,198 miles from Georgia to Maine!
This group challenge encourages movement of all kinds. Whether you’re walking your dog, pushing a stroller or grocery shopping, every step helps us reach our shared goal. Track your movement however you like (steps, miles or minutes) and submit your weekly activity through our online form.
We’ll combine everyone’s activity to show our progress "along the trail", with updates shared each week by email and social media. Everyone who submits four weeks of activity will earn a T-shirt!
