Snowshoe & Yoga

Warm up your body and spirit with a snowshoe trek through Viles Arboretum, then trade in your snowshoes for a yoga mat to practice a calming yoga sequence. Yoga mats, blankets and snowshoes will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own. Please dress in warm layers, wear sturdy snow boots and bring a flashlight or headlamp.

In this workshop, you’ll read words of love, respond to writing prompts, craft love letters and explore love in all its expressions within a supportive and nurturing space. This workshop is for everyone: in love, heartbroken, Cupid-averse, grieving, a hopeless romantic and everything in between.
