Join the National Diabetes Prevention Program to learn how to eat healthier, increase activity, lower your blood sugar and improve your overall health. You’ll receive a year of support from a dedicated lifestyle coach within a group setting. Don’t miss your chance for encouragement and to meet others trying to live healthier, just like you. This class meets weekly for 16 weeks, then twice a month for the rest of the year.
