Vin Yin Yoga

Vin Yin yoga is a blend of two distinct yoga styles: Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. It combines the dynamic, flowing movements of Vinyasa with the deep, passive stretches of Yin. You will start with a Vinyasa flow to warm up, then transition to longer-held Yin postures to deeply stretch and relax the body. This combination provides both the energizing effects of movement and the restorative benefits of deep stretching, making it a great choice for a balanced, well-rounded practice.
