Yoga for Pelvic Health Workshop

Pelvic health refers to the strength and coordination of the muscles and tissues that support bladder and bowel control, sexual function and core stability. This workshop-style series will include education, demonstrations and the opportunity to practice gentle movement, breathwork and alignment within your comfort level.
