Our eight session class will teach you strategies to reduce falling risks, increase activity and live your life again. You’ll also learn home modifications to make falls less likely and practice exercises to increase strength and balance.

Living with chronic pain can affect every part of your life. In this series of one hour sessions, learn how healthy eating, balancing activity and rest, mindfulness and gentle movement can help you better manage your pain and make it easier to enjoy everyday life. Connect with others living with chronic pain, learn new skills and gain accountability to reach weekly goals.
This program offers many of the same self-management topics as the Living Well with Chronic Pain program but in shorter sessions with more independent practice between sessions. This class is open to adults who have chronic pain and their caregivers.
The group participates by Zoom and class materials are sent to your home.

Looking for a convenient way to strengthen your diabetes self-management skills? This series of one-hour sessions introduces practical skills to help you manage diabetes. Learn about healthy eating, being more active, managing blood sugar and other self-management tools.
This program offers many of the same topics as the Living Well with Diabetes program in shorter sessions with a more self-paced format. Gain accountability from the group to reach small weekly goals by sharing ideas and experiences.

National Diabetes Prevention Program

Being at risk for type 2 diabetes can be overwhelming, but small lifestyle changes can make a big difference.
Join the National Diabetes Prevention Program to learn how to eat healthier, increase activity, lower your blood sugar and improve your overall health. You gain a year of support within a group setting along with a dedicated lifestyle coach. Don’t miss your chance for encouragement and to meet others trying to live healthier, just like you.
This class meets weekly for 16 weeks, then twice a month for the rest of the year.
SPEAK OUT! ®
with Angie Linnell
SPEAK OUT!® provides accountability and education through weekly group sessions where SPEAK OUT!® exercises are performed and participants practice speaking with intent. As an added bonus, this maintenance program promotes camaraderie and provides support and encouragement.
This program is for individuals with Parkinson's disease.
