Yoga for Pelvic Health Workshop

Anyone can benefit, especially if you’re postpartum (whether weeks or decades), or experiencing concerns such as incontinence or general pelvic discomfort. No yoga experience necessary.
Into Stillness: A Sound Bath Experience

Guided by the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes and other soothing sound tools, this experience invites the body to relax, the mind to quiet and the nervous system to settle. You will rest comfortably on a yoga mat, allowing stillness to support whatever you need most — rest, clarity or simply a peaceful pause.
