Pelvic health refers to the strength and coordination of the muscles and tissues that support bladder and bowel control, sexual function and core stability.

This workshop-style series will include education, demonstrations and the opportunity to practice gentle movement, breathwork and alignment within your comfort level. The exercises support both strengthening and relaxation of the pelvic muscles to promote healthy pelvic function and posture.

Anyone can benefit, especially if you’re postpartum (whether weeks or decades), or experiencing concerns such as incontinence or general pelvic discomfort. No yoga experience necessary.

Into Stillness: A Sound Bath Experience

Take a step back from the busyness of life and lean into stillness during this restorative sound immersion. Guided by the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes and other soothing sound tools, this experience invites the body to relax, the mind to quiet and the nervous system to settle. You will rest comfortably on a yoga mat, allowing stillness to support whatever you need most — rest, clarity or simply a peaceful pause.

Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring any cushions, pillows or props that will help support your comfort during this hour-long meditation.
