Creative Writing: Poetry & Wintering

Together, you’ll craft a collective poem that weaves individual voices into a shared piece of art.

iRest is a form of guided meditation based on the practice of Yoga Nidra. While sitting or lying down, you’ll listen to the instructor’s calming prompts designed to soothe your nervous system, release stress and build resilience. This deeply restorative practice has been shown to ease chronic pain, improve sleep and support mental well-being, including symptoms associated with anxiety, depression and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
