Snowshoe & Yoga

Warm up your body and spirit with a snowshoe trek through Viles Arboretum, then trade in your snowshoes for a yoga mat to practice a calming yoga sequence. Yoga mats, blankets and snowshoes will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own. Please dress in warm layers, wear sturdy snow boots and bring a flashlight or headlamp.

You will discuss activities and programs that promote joint health and offer resources to help you stay physically active.

In this festive class, you’ll whip up a nutrient-packed shamrock-inspired drink, then learn a beginner-friendly Irish jig with the chance to freestyle and shake it all out! No dance experience or partner needed — just come ready to move, laugh and celebrate. Sneakers or other light, comfortable shoes are recommended for the jig portion.
