In this workshop, Paul Rucci, MS, ATC and Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 certified, will break down the key body mechanics behind a healthy golf swing and the common causes of golf-related ailments. You’ll also learn simple mobility and stability exercises to help you feel good playing the sport you love. The session will wrap up with a dynamic warmup to keep you moving well on the course this season!
