Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga offers the benefits of traditional yoga practice without getting on the floor. Benefits include improved posture and balance, increased strength and flexibility, reduced stress and an enhanced sense of well-being. Done seated or using a chair for support, it adapts to your needs and ability; no experience needed.
Bamboo Stick Exercise

At the beautiful grounds of Viles Arboretum, you’ll explore intentional, meditative movements that help you connect with your body and move with greater ease. Each exercise can be adapted to honor your physical needs.
Qigong

In this workshop, Paul Rucci, MS, ATC and Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 certified, will break down the key body mechanics behind a healthy golf swing and the common causes of golf-related ailments. You’ll also learn simple mobility and stability exercises to help you feel good playing the sport you love. The session will wrap up with a dynamic warmup to keep you moving well on the course this season!
