Qigong

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines controlled breathing, gentle movement and meditation to build energy and promote good mental, physical and spiritual health.
Whether you are new to Qigong or have experience, this series accommodates participants of all levels, starting with a foundational practice and progressing into full-body movements.
National Diabetes Prevention Program

You gain a year of support within a group setting along with a dedicated lifestyle coach. Don’t miss your chance for encouragement and to meet others trying to live healthier, just like you. This class meets weekly for 16 weeks, then twice a month for the rest of the year.
Pain in Your Golf Game?

Got pain that’s messing with your golf game? Whether you’re just learning or have been swinging for years, golf can leave you feeling tight, sore or in pain.
In this workshop, Paul Rucci, MS, ATC and Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 certified, will break down the key body mechanics behind a healthy golf swing and the common causes of golf-related ailments. You’ll also learn simple mobility and stability exercises to help you feel good playing the sport you love. The session will wrap up with a dynamic warmup to keep you moving well on the course this season!
Yoga for Pelvic Health

Pelvic health refers to the strength and coordination of muscles and tissues that support bladder and bowel control, sexual function and core stability.
This class introduces gentle movement, breathwork and alignment practices to help strengthen and relax the pelvic muscles and support healthy pelvic function. Anyone can benefit, especially if you’re postpartum (whether weeks or decades), or experiencing concerns such as incontinence or general pelvic discomfort.
This class is beginner friendly but does involve getting up and down from the floor.
Total Body Fusion
with Baylee Doughty
Total Body Fusion combines Pilates, barre and strength training for a low-impact, full-body workout using high reps and isometric movements to challenge every muscle. You will finish with a sequence of stretches to support the muscles with relief and aid in proper recovery.
